When Dan told me that he and Carolina we’re soon to welcome the birth of their Scottish-Lithuanian-Afro-Colombian bundle of joy, I couldn’t imagine photographing their Cleveland Heights neighborhood without having them and little Noa be a part of it. Noa came into the world in June, and was posing for her 15 minutes of fame before an entire season had passed. Welcome to Oakland and thanks for being a part of the Oakland Neighborhood Project!
